Refund policy

Used candles are not returnable, but if within 30 days of receipt you wish to return your unused candle you may do so, in it's original packaging. Please let us know BEFORE returning that it is coming back to us, and package it securely. Once received, you'll be reimbursed the cost of the product, however shipping (in either direction) is non-refundable. 

If a product arrives damaged, please know that we stand behind our products and want you to have something that you'll love. All we ask is that you send a photograph of the damage within 24 hours of receipt, and we'll send out a replacement.
